A walk past the Old Haunted Stump is different for every child; for Philippe it turned his beloved dinosaurs into a floating and ominous hawk-like God (?) whose obvious suffering from mutant dentition did not resolve with the commonly accepted notion of the divine. 5X7", oil pens, acrylics, and pencil on stiff 1/8" gesso board.
