"Ar-rosto Beef! An'a you bring some guy!" We may never forget Uncle George, but that's not all he ever might say or have said. In the event that Uncle George also spoke a smattering of Spanish, this is what he might say or have said upon seeing his nephew during the winter months. It's a fun little piece about a guy who pretty rarely has a lot of fun, which makes this an important artistic comment.
